PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Surface engineering—not decorative coloring.

Metallic plating is used to improve corrosion protection, surface condition, storage stability and application-specific performance. It can also create meaningful product differentiation for premium ammunition programs.

SDBALLS combines spherical shot manufacturing with controlled coating processes for both low-carbon steel shot and tungsten heavy alloy shot. Each program is qualified around the base material, coating system, post-plating dimensions, surface condition and customer-approved acceptance criteria.
