COMMERCIAL GLASS MARBLES / MIXING & CONSUMER USE

Glass Marble Balls

Commercial glass marbles for mixing, packaging, displays, games, decorative programs and light industrial agitation.

Glass Marble Balls supplied by SDBALLS
PRODUCT REFERENCE / FINAL SPECIFICATION BY QUOTATION

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

What are glass marble balls?

Glass marble balls are formed and polished commercial glass spheres produced for applications that value appearance, mixing action and cost more than precision-bearing geometry. Clear, colored, patterned and opaque visual options can be coordinated.

They should not be specified as precision bearing balls. Diameter tolerance, roundness, seam appearance, color variation and breakage limits must match the intended consumer or industrial use.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Start with measurable requirements.

Values below are product-family references. The quotation, drawing, agreed standard and inspection plan control the final supply specification.

KEY PERFORMANCE FEATURES

Performance that purchasing teams can verify.

01

Commercial cost efficiency

Suitable for bulk programs that do not require bearing-ball precision.

02

Broad visual choice

Clear, colored, opaque and patterned styles support retail and brand programs.

03

Useful mixing mass

Glass density provides practical agitation inside compatible containers.

04

Custom packing programs

Counts, retail sets, color mixes and bulk export formats can be coordinated.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Specify the work the ball must perform.

Application names are starting points—not approval of universal suitability. Share the real medium, load, speed, pressure, temperature, life target and compliance needs.

Paint & coating mixing

Agitation elements inside cans, bottles and sample containers.

Games & toys

Consumer marble sets and recreational products under agreed safety requirements.

Displays & decoration

Floral, aquarium, craft and merchandising programs.

Packaging & promotional use

Counted sets, color assortments and private-label supply.

QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION

Build the evidence into the purchase order.

Document requirements should be defined before quotation so the inspection method, sampling level, traceability and external testing can be planned correctly.

  • Material identity or alloy / ceramic grade verified against the agreed purchase specification
  • Diameter, tolerance and geometry inspected using the method appropriate to the ordered precision level
  • Hardness, density, wall thickness or coating hardness tested when applicable to the product
  • Surface condition, finish and visual limits checked against approved samples or drawings
  • Roundness / sphericity or roller geometry inspected when specified
  • Lot identification and batch traceability maintained through controlled records
  • Material certificates and inspection reports available when agreed before quotation
  • Third-party testing, compliance documents and customer inspection plans supported by agreement

PACKAGING OPTIONS

Protect precision through delivery.

Final packing depends on material, diameter, surface sensitivity, order weight, storage time and destination.

01

Protective vials & trays

Separated or cushioned packing for precision, optical and sample quantities.

02

Small sealed bags

Size-separated bags with lot identification for laboratory and assembly trials.

03

Cartons & rigid containers

Movement-controlled inner packing for regular export orders.

04

Bulk industrial packing

Pails, drums or palletized cartons selected around ball size, weight and breakage risk.

Supported formats: bulk packaging · small-quantity packaging · plastic containers · bags · cartons · export pallets · customized packaging.

PRODUCT FAQ

Answers for engineering and purchasing teams.

Are glass marbles precision balls?

No. They are commercial spheres with broader size, roundness and visual tolerances than precision glass balls.

Which sizes are common?

Common ranges include 9–17 mm, 25 mm and 35 mm, with other programs reviewed by quantity.

Can you supply custom colors or mixed sets?

Yes, subject to approved samples, color availability, packing design and minimum production quantity.

Can they be used as mixing balls?

Yes for compatible containers and products. Check glass breakage risk, density, chemistry and mixing energy.

Can you provide material certificates and inspection reports?

Yes. State the required certificate, inspection method, sampling plan and report format before quotation so documentation can be included in the supply plan.

Do you support samples and small-quantity orders?

Yes. SDBALLS Industry Corp. supports North American prototype, qualification, repair, R&D and small-batch requirements, subject to material, size and production availability.
